Kristin holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences and brings hands-on experience in DNA sequencing, cancer therapeutics, and viral diagnostics. She brings the unique perspective on turning breakthrough innovations into practical solutions that accelerate drug discovery and improve patient care.

Dr. Kristin Ambrosini started her career as a scientist, conducting interdisciplinary research across biology, chemistry, and physics. Her work in DNA sequencing, cancer therapeutics, prostate field cancerization, viral diagnostics, and wetland biogeochemistry led to eight publications, three funded grants, and a patent. She later transitioned into data technology, holding roles in customer success, scientific business analysis, and AI product strategy. Today, she drives business development at Amazon Web Services focusing on generative AI solutions in healthcare and life sciences. She earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Environmental science from Chapman University and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. As a first-generation college graduate and woman in STEM, she is passionate about inspiring others to own their story, recognize their strengths, and navigate the next wave of their careers with confidence.
